Synopsis: Three jailed convicts Himmat, his brother Ajit, and Dilawar Khan get away of jail and take over the family of Editor Ashok Rai. The escapees maintain Ashok Rai, his spouse Deepa Rai, son, Rajoo, and daughter Naina hostage. The convicts plan to proceed to carry the household hostage till their affiliate, Kamini, contacts them in individual. The police investigation into their escape is coordinated by Inspector R.D. Wadekar, who has no clue of to the whereabouts of the convicts.
